I OWN SAFETY

Critical Communication

Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)

Team, every job must be proceeded by a safety meeting accompanied by a Job Hazard Assessment (JHA). On your smart phone go to www.scssafe.com and go to the 'projects' tab. Scroll down to your current job site and select it. Click the blue tab in the 'Job Hazard Assessment (JHA)' section and fill out the form. You can also submit a photo of your own JHA at this same location. Call Dustin Smith if you need assistance at 480-352-0300. IF YOU NEED ANY ASSISTANCE DON'T HESITATE TO CONTACT THE SAFETY TEAM.

SCS Cares About Your Safety

If you see an unsafe condition, an unsafe act, or a worker taking unnecessary risk, regardless of where you see it, take a minute to have a conversation with the worker to eliminate the risk, you may save someone's life.  If you do catch something and take corrective action let us know by filling out a Stop Work - Good Catch form in the 'forms' tab. We track these good catches to improve safety throughout SCS.

Priority Care 365

If you are injured on the job and its NOT life, limb or eyesight threatening call PC365 at

+18552889490

Company Name: ATWELL

SCS location code:  4020193-37

Job Specific Forms

When looking for the correct forms, you need to select the job you are working on from the list of projects in the projects tab. This allows proper leadership to receive current job updates with the employees on his or her specific job site.

Good Catch

A good catch is an action-oriented program that implies somebody did something positive to prevent something bad from happening. It goes something like this: “I recognized an unsafe condition, action, defect or flawed piece of equipment and I acted to prevent an event from occurring. I caught it early and prevented something unfortunate from happening.”

GOOD CATCHES WILL BE  A POSITIVE REPORTING EXPERIENCE
